Advanced AI Leader Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Advanced AI Leader to join our organization. This is a senior-level role that requires expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and other cutting-edge technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts, as well as hands-on experience with various AI frameworks and tools.

This position involves leading the development of innovative AI solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI models and algorithms
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI-related projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions
  • Evaluate new AI tools and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, with 8+ years specifically in AI/ML leadership
  • Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, including Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and Langraph
  • Strong experience with Vector Databases, LangChain, Vector Embeddings, and Foundation model training
  • Proficient in Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and libraries like NumPy, pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
  • Practical experience with AWS ML Services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Cognito, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and RDS (PostgreSQL)
  • AWS Machine Learning Certification is a plus
