Project Management Role

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional to lead and manage key projects across departments. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of project management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and change management documentation.
  • Monitor and report project performance using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively.
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure compliance with project governance standards and frameworks.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MPM, MS in Computer Science).
  • PMP certification (mandatory or in-progress).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
