Job Opportunity: Creative Director

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director to shape our brand image. As a cross-functional leader, you will be responsible for driving creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.


About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative communication strategy that aligns with our overall goals and objectives.
  • Define and refine our brand's unique value proposition, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and distinguishes us from competitors.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our visual and verbal identity, including logos, color schemes, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Drives & facilitates the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and clear direction to achieve defined objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with creative and branding requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7-8 years of experience in creative, branding, communication, and external agency relationship roles.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of creative communications, campaigns, and content.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market research to inform branding decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire creative communication, arts, content and graphics team and resources effectively to achieve internal and external customer requirements.
  2. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the department's initiatives.
