Job Details

The primary objective of this role is to provide support and configuration services for daily tasks. These tasks include creating and modifying workflow tasks, adding and removing user/customer/subscriber accounts, pricing configuration changes, document management, configuring new products and notes, integration setup and troubleshooting, testing new deployments or setups, and working with project managers to determine configuration needs.

  1. Workflow Management: Creating and modifying various workflow tasks to meet business requirements.
  2. User Account Management: Adding, removing, and modifying user/customer/subscriber accounts as needed.
  3. Pricing Configuration: Managing pricing configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Document Management: Maintaining and updating documents related to configuration settings.
  5. New Product Configuration: Configuring new products and notes to meet business needs.
  6. Integration Setup: Setting up integrations with other systems to facilitate data exchange.
  7. Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues related to configuration and integration.
  8. Testing: Testing new deployments or setups to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  9. Project Coordination: Working with project managers to determine configuration needs and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements

This role requires a strong foundation in computer sciences or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in development, particularly in configuration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in SQL, C#, XML, and electronic B2B integrations is essential. Experience with automation tools and office software is also desirable.
