We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations. You will work closely with our designers, writers, and ad specialists to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run marketing projects: Guide projects from the first idea to the final result, including social media posts, online ad campaigns, and website content.
  • Use project management tools: Update our project tool, Zoho Projects, every day to ensure everyone on the team knows what they need to do and when it's due.
  • Talk to clients: Give daily updates, answer client questions, and ensure we understand exactly what they want.
  • Support the team: Work closely with our team members to solve problems and ensure they can do their best work.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a role like this, especially in digital marketing or creative agencies.
  • Project Management Skills: Good with project management tools, MS Office, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills: Comfortable talking to stakeholders, giving updates, and working as part of a team.
  • Digital marketing knowledge: Familiarity with social media, online ads, and SEO principles.
