Secure Network Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced network security engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and strategic improvement of our global network security platform.

The individual will evaluate processes regularly to ensure expected outcomes are achieved in the most efficient way, identifying service improvements and documenting those improvements to ensure standards and processes are followed.

The role requires effectively supporting all network security infrastructure and services 24*7 by responding to and resolving requests and trouble tickets within stipulated SLA times. This includes clearly understanding root causes of network security outages and taking remediation steps to prevent recurrence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and improve global network security platform
  • Evaluate processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and document service improvements
  • Respond to and resolve requests and trouble tickets
  • Understand and adhere to network standards and procedures
  • Maintain positive relationships with user communities, peers, and management team

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
  • 5-8 years of experience in system administration in an enterprise network security production environment
  • Experience with Palo Alto Network firewalls required
  • Experience with Palo Alto Panorama or Strata Cloud Manager platforms required
  • Process-oriented engineer with strong execution and follow-through skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule
