We are seeking a highly skilled business development professional who excels in discovering high-quality leads, crafting compelling proposals and designing innovative pitch decks to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Search for and shortlist daily projects on platforms like Upwork to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Draft personalized, high-converting proposals and SEO-optimized pitch decks to showcase our services effectively.
- Collaborate with senior team members to own first-touch client communication and pricing strategy, ensuring accurate relay of requirements to project teams.
- 6–12 months of proven bidding success on Upwork, demonstrating expertise in IT services and the ability to close deals.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- A solid understanding of IT services and a portfolio of successful pitch decks or proposals that closed projects exceeding $5k.
- Comfort with AI writing/design tools and basic SEO principles to optimize content and improve search engine rankings.
