Warehouse Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and accurate receipt of goods, ensuring seamless flow of products through our supply chain.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our warehouse operations by implementing best practices in inventory management, timely goods handling, and effective communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and ensure compliance with delivery documentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate record of received goods, update inventory systems, and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory team.
  • Organization and Storage: Efficiently allocate storage space for received goods, optimizing warehouse layout to maximize space utilization.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare receiving reports, record goods received, and maintain a comprehensive database of received items.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in goods receiving, warehousing, or logistics.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using inventory management software.
