Role Overview
The role of Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing financial operations activities to ensure accurate and timely transactions in accordance with accepted accounting principles, company policies, and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Performing monthly reconciliations;
• Preparing and posting invoices;
• General Ledger (GL) accounts closing entries;
• Analytical work;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in accounting or finance;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience or part qualified (ACCA Part 2, ACMA post foundation, CMA/CPA part qualified);
  • Hands-on experience bookkeeping functions include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Asset Accounting;
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, practices, and procedures;
  • Hands-on experience with SAP/Dynamics ERP system;
  • Proven experience in invoicing, preferably in an import/export or logistics environment;
  • Familiarity with import regulations and customs procedures is a plus;

  • Ability to work independently;
  • Good Computer Skills to perform the job successfully;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite;
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills are required;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
