This role is responsible for establishing and executing freight forwarding services plans, managing cargo requests from customers, negotiating and disputing with service suppliers and customers, and monitoring the operation status of the entire business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, freight forwarding, and business operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for establishing and executing freight forwarding services plans, managing cargo requests from customers, negotiating and disputing with service suppliers and customers, and monitoring the operation status of the entire business.

">About the Role:">
  • ">
  • Establish and execute Freight forwarding services plans, including setting up and hiring employees to manage all tasks related to freight forwarding.">
  • Manage cargo requests from customers, ensuring accurate transportation through the best means at a designated place and time in abroad (mainly China, Korea, East Asia) using sea, air, inland transportation, express, and distribution centers.">
  • Negotiate and dispute with Service Suppliers, drayage companies, rail companies, and customers on operational issues, payment subjects, and securing available capacities.">
  • Monitor operation status of entire business to increase level of operation and secure profit and loss to ensure business continuity.">

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree required in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.">
  • Bilingual in English and Korean (Excellent Korean written and verbal communication skills required)">
  • Experience with International Shipping Logistics Cost Analysis, understanding contents of logistics costs incurred in international air/sea transportation, and identify trends and appropriate market price.">
  • Experience with route setup, finding optimal route with various transport modes and multimodal transport and setup for transport">
  • Experience in leading a group of team members with effective leadership">
