
Customer Satisfaction Advocate

A key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling and quality assurance.
Main Responsibilities:- Acknowledge complaints and keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Handle new incoming complaints, working closely with the manager to update processes and procedures.
- Capture complete information, investigation notes, and accurate paperwork for all complaints.
- Investigate complaints comprehensively and objectively, adhering to policies, industry requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with internal staff, customers, interpreters, and the compliance team to investigate issues.
- Communicate outcomes to customers and ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
- Analyse feedback and prepare clear responses via letter and email.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service and/or quality functions.
- Meticulous eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Highly organised with a rigorous problem-solving technique.
- Willingness to undertake training to meet changing job requirements.
- Ability to work as part of a team, promote teamwork, and share ideas.
