Complaints Resolution Specialist

A key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective complaint handling and quality assurance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge complaints and keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Handle new incoming complaints, working closely with the manager to update processes and procedures.
  • Capture complete information, investigation notes, and accurate paperwork for all complaints.
  • Investigate complaints comprehensively and objectively, adhering to policies, industry requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Liaise with internal staff, customers, interpreters, and the compliance team to investigate issues.
  • Communicate outcomes to customers and ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Analyse feedback and prepare clear responses via letter and email.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service and/or quality functions.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Highly organised with a rigorous problem-solving technique.
  • Willingness to undertake training to meet changing job requirements.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, promote teamwork, and share ideas.
