Technical Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

  • You will work closely with product managers and solutions architects to develop functional documentation that accurately expresses complex operations and end-to-end business requirements.
  • Participate in post-implementation support of pilot site deployments to understand the business experience and provide feedback to improve products.

This is an opportunity to be an extension of product management, ensuring project scope is carried out while working independently.

You will actively engage with senior stakeholders across Technology and Business Operations to contribute to best practices of business analysis competencies and drive growth in team capability and maturity in Payment's domain.
