Business Process Improvement Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Improvement professional to drive organizational transformation through effective process re-engineering.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to consult with business areas and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process mapping, research, and analysis to identify process issues and their root causes.
- Provide data-driven insights in charts, graphs, or spreadsheets.
- Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a relevant field or 16 years of education.
- Three to five years of experience in process improvement/Business Process Re-engineering projects.
- Excellent communication, research, and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Project, and Excel.
