ERP Systems Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned ERP systems consultant to collaborate with clients on ERP implementations and optimizations that align system capabilities with business processes.

  • Deliver exceptional value to clients by gathering and analyzing business requirements, producing BRDs/FRDs and process maps, and configuring ERP modules to support customizations, integrations, and data migration.
  • Lead functional testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities, and provide expert guidance to end users through hypercare and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions, and recommend best-practice process improvements across finance, HR, supply chain, and sales.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite)
  • Strong understanding of core business processes and reporting/analytics needs
  • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with remote teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ERP/Business Functional Consultant
  • Hands-on exposure to one or more ERP platforms
  • Strong understanding of core business processes and reporting/analytics needs
  • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with remote teams
