Job Title: Procurement and Compliance Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced procurement and compliance expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures related to procurement activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures related to procurement activities.
  • Monitor procurement activities for potential risks and compliance violations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations to identify and address compliance gaps.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations, industry best practices, and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams as needed.
  • Analyze procurement data from various sources, including SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Develop compliance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Conduct data-driven risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
  • Provide user support, guidance, and training on procurement modules.
  • Configure and customize SAP settings and workflows as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, compliance, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP (specifically MM module) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
