About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance, Analytics and Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures related to procurement activities. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, information technology, or a related field. They will also have at least 5 years of experience in procurement, compliance, or a related role. Proficiency in SAP ERP, specifically the MM module, and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Compliance Programs: Design, develop, and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures related to procurement activities.
  • Monitor Procurement Activities: Monitor procurement activities for potential risks and compliance violations.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations to identify and address compliance gaps.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up to date on relevant regulations, industry best practices, and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with legal counsel, internal audit, and external authorities as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze procurement data from various sources, including SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Reporting: Develop compliance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Risk Assessment and Recommendations: Conduct data-driven risk assessments and provide data-supported recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in procurement, compliance, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in SAP ERP, data analysis tools, and training development.
