Job Description

As a senior operations leader, you will play a key role in driving business success by leading and motivating a high-performing team of professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and inspiring a team of BPO professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Fostering a positive work environment that encourages individual growth and development.
  • Setting performance expectations, providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing appropriate recognition and corrective actions.
  • Ensuring effective resource planning, staffing, and allocation to meet client needs and operational requirements.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
