Job Responsibilities
  • Drive ISV Network Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance our ISV partner network, identifying opportunities for collaboration and integration to enrich the Business Central experience.
  • Leverage Technical Expertise: Possess deep technical understanding of ISV solutions that complement Business Central, enabling effective evaluation, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Nurture Partnerships: Foster relationships with ISV partners, engaging in regular communication to align roadmaps, address technical challenges, and ensure consistent value delivery.
  • Ensure Seamless Integration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ISV solutions with Business Central, providing expert guidance on technical best practices.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new ISV partnership opportunities and ensure ongoing product relevance.
  • Influence Product Roadmap: Provide technical insights and recommendations to shape the Enavate Solutions product roadmap with the ISV partner focusing on customer needs.
  • Enable Sales Success: Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements, presenting the value proposition of ISV solutions within the Business Central ecosystem.
  • Establish Training Frameworks: Build internal processes for training and certifications by working with ISVs to use existing training materials and resources from ISV partners, maintain internal skill matrix for proper coverage of solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work as part of a cross-functional team of technical experts within delivery and sales leaders to foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
