Marketing Analyst Position

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness.
  2. Create and maintain reports and dashboards that track KPIs and campaign metrics.
  3. Collaborate with campaign managers to identify optimization opportunities.
  4. Use statistical analysis and modeling to forecast results and suggest strategies.
  5. Monitor industry trends to improve data analysis processes.
  6. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  7. Assist in developing testing strategies, including A/B testing.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in data or marketing analytics, preferably in campaigns.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Tableau.
  4. Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
  7. Proactive problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
