About the Role

We partner with clients to combine data, science, and our team's expertise, providing actionable insights for their markets.

In this role, you will execute projects by analyzing sales data, writing client reports, and creating presentations. You will play a key link between our company and clients, ensuring timely delivery of quality work.

Qualifications
  • A university degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Market Research is preferable.
  • Familiarity with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and visualization skills, with a passion for storytelling techniques.
  • High level of client service skills and understanding of growth and brand strategy.
  • Business acumen and good knowledge of market dynamics.
  • Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret sales data and consumer data.
  • Summarize data into tables, charts, and graphs.
  • Set up and refresh cyclical reports.
  • Draft reports and presentations, building a story and drawing conclusions and proposing recommendations.
  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Use internal tools and data sources.
  • Prepare initial client correspondence.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations over the phone.
  • Discuss analysis design with the Client Business Partner/client, with the support of a senior team member.
  • Manage internal stakeholders, such as the Global Report Center Team.
