Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding data and enhancing security protocols.

You will be responsible for provisioning secure user access, implementing advanced security protocols, and collaborating to develop tailored solutions for client-specific cybersecurity challenges.

  • Set up and manage user accounts with secure access configurations.
  • Implement robust security measures such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Safeguard sensitive company and client data, ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to design tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of security processes, updates, and incidents.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge and experience in cybersecurity practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a remote, global team.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are preferred but not required.
