We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the Texas market. Key responsibilities include actively pursuing new sales opportunities, expanding the customer base through effective lead generation and prospecting, and collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on market trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic decisions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise, driving collective success and achieving shared goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, features, and benefits, effectively communicating value propositions to customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales successfully.
- Qualifications: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
