We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base through effective sales techniques and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and other sales strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining a loyal customer base by delivering exceptional service and meeting their needs.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and email marketing platforms to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
  • Achieving monthly sales quotas set by management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably with a focus on outside sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and adaptability.
