Job Role Summary

The Admissions and Academic Coordinator is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement academic programs that meet member needs.
  • Work closely with faculty members to ensure high-quality content and materials are developed and delivered.
  • Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making decisions on candidate suitability.
  • Partner with the marketing team to promote educational programs and services to members.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Management, English, Mass Communication, or International Relations.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in education, training, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
