", "Key Responsibilities:
", "- LMS Platform Management & Coordination:", "
- Create and manage automation for certifications and workflows to ensure user progression without delays.", "
- Manage cohort enrollments into certifications, update courses in the LMS, and handle user queries related to course access, enrollment, certifications, and account issues.", "
- Generate and maintain reports on learner progress, certification status, and platform engagement to support decision-making and continuous improvement.", "
- Cohort Management: Receive, tag, and assign course content to users, coordinating with cross-functional teams for individual cases.
- Program Management & Coordination:", "
- Plan, schedule, and organize training sessions as needed; track attendance, completion, and feedback for all training programs.", "
- Act as the main point of contact for talent training schedules and requirements, managing email queries and collaborating with internal teams to ensure certifications are scheduled, complete, and easily accessible.", "
- Support instructional designers in maintaining and managing certification assets and collaborate with facilitators on customized requests for Talent from customers.
- Cross-functional Tasks:", "
- Maintain communications with external providers for content and platform-related needs, support content maintenance and platform health checks, and flag technical issues for resolution.", "
- Filter and manage prospective candidates for cohorts and certifications, improving the applicant filtering process, and update user experiences on LMS.", "
- Participate in planning and optimizing courses, certifications, and processes for Edge Edu, ensuring smooth operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
