Job Summary

The Assistant Manager Technical is responsible for overseeing the maintenance mechanics and ensuring the smooth operation of rides and attractions within the park.

This role involves supervising a team of mechanical maintenance technicians, planning and organizing daily activities to optimize productivity, conducting thorough inspections of rides and attractions, and scheduling manpower for breakdowns to minimize downtime.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of mechanical maintenance technicians to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of rides and attractions to assess quality of work.
  • Schedule and coordinate manpower for ride and attraction breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for review by superiors.
Requirements:
  • B.Tech Mechanical or B.E/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance mechanics and mechanical components.
