Job Overview

This role is focused on ensuring a seamless customer experience by delivering high-quality support operations that align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing efficient network and system operations, as well as handling technical support escalations.

  • Process Improvement: Creating, implementing, and streamlining processes related to successful operations of a diverse technical support and network operations function.
  • Customer Experience: Delivering proactive, professional, and friendly support operations to customers.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Education: MS/BS in IT or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with BPO/SAAS companies in implementation and lead support engineer roles.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
