Administrative Reception Support Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional reception services to visitors, responding to phone calls and emails in a professional manner, maintaining the office environment, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors with courtesy and redirecting them as necessary
  • Responding to incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages, and managing email correspondence
  • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Managing mail, packages, and documents effectively
  • Providing basic information and assistance to clients and visitors
  • Coordinating with internal departments to support office operations and visitor requirements
  • Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings efficiently
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a diploma in office administration being an advantage
  • Previous experience as a front desk officer, receptionist, or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach
