Recruitment Officer

A highly skilled professional is sought to join our team as a Recruitment Officer. This role requires someone who can help us attract top talent by promoting job opportunities through various channels, including social media and other tactics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing and screening applicants to determine their suitability for the position. They will also be required to resolve any concerns or issues that applicants may have, providing them with information about the hiring process or referring them to someone else who can assist them.

Another key responsibility of this role is reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine whether candidates meet the qualifications for the position. The successful candidate will also be required to conduct reference checks on candidates to ensure that they have good work ethics and experience for the job.
