Job Title: Linguist Recruitment Manager

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of linguists in various recruitment and management roles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 50 to 60 people to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Execute department operations efficiently within given resources and enable effective execution as per roles and responsibilities.
  • Establish and monitor customer service standards by employing recognized benchmarks.
  • Conduct progress and development meetings with staff to drive performance and achievement of targets.
  • Create a professional work environment where individuals are treated equally and fairly.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and regular reviews of KPIs and performance analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience managing different teams and departments.
  • Experience in international recruitment, customer support & services, business operations, call center operations, and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
