Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in medical billing/healthcare, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR software is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines is essential.
