High Performance Leadership Role in Cricket Talent Development

As a Director of High Performance, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of cricket talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans for High-Performance Centers and Academies to foster growth and excellence.
- Oversee coaching quality and training camps at High-Performance Centers and Academies for various national teams.
You will collaborate with experienced coaches and Heads of Academies to ensure a continuous supply of talented players for the National Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative leadership and coaching, with experience in managing elite high-performance sport programs.
A minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation or international equivalent is required, along with at least 15 years of Administrative/Coaching experience.
Test or International Cricketers are preferred, and candidates should also possess 5 years' experience in a senior executive leadership role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong planning, organizing, and execution skills.
- Ability to develop team and individual skills enhancement strategies.
- Effective leadership and management capabilities.
