The Pakistan Cricket Board is seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead the development of cricket. The incumbent will collaborate with Heads of Academies and Coaches to ensure a continuous supply of talented players for the National Team.

Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing projects for High-Performance Centers/Academies workforce and player pathways, as well as preparing and monitoring the annual budget for game development and High-Performance Centers/Academies.

Additional duties involve supervising coaching quality and training camps at the High-Performance Centers/Academies for various national teams, arranging lectures by cricketing stars on topics of interest to the National team and upcoming cricketers, and maintaining and upgrading libraries and cricket archives.

Qualifications include strong planning, organizing, and execution skills, ability to develop team and individual skills enhancement strategies, effective leadership and management capabilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position requires a minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation or international equivalent, at least 15 years of Administrative/Coaching experience, Test / International Cricketers preferred, and a minimum 5 years' experience in a senior executive leadership role managing an elite high-performance sport program.
