
Factory Administrator

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring seamless interactions with government departments while stationed at the mill site.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain cordial relations with government offices and concerned businesses.
- Handle and resolve matters related to EOBI, LESCO, Gas Company, and other government relations.
- Ensure timely payment of utilities bills.
Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular checks to ensure inventory systems meet established standards.
- Perform monthly stock taking to verify physical items against system balances.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing items, replacing as necessary in accordance with purchase orders.
- Audit gate passes to confirm adherence to standard procedures.
Manpower Relations:
- Conduct spot checks to verify 100% attendance accuracy among assembly line employees.
- Resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.
- Monitor IN-Out timing of employees and report any discrepancies.
Standardization and Performance:
- Develop and execute organizational plans to achieve performance goals within budget and timeframe.
- Establish standards for effective operation of inventory, manpower, and logistics departments.
- Monitor and report labor, factory, and manpower issues to headquarters.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years' experience in factory administration, with at least 4 years as a Manager.
- Minimum Graduate degree.
- Knowledge of ISO standards for Inventory management.
- Understanding of regional labor laws.
- Driving license required for light vehicles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
