Job Title: Admin Manager

The role of an admin officer is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of a new stitching unit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing security staff and implementing effective fire risk management systems.
  • Controlling gate operations, including inward/outward movement of raw materials and company assets.
  • Overseeing vehicle-related matters, such as daily operations, maintenance, fuel consumption, and drivers' administration.
  • Maintaining cleanliness around the factory premises.
  • Formulating and regulating organizational policies.
  • Coordinating with the maintenance department for construction and miscellaneous electrical/mechanical issues.
  • Liaising with government departments, including LESCO, SUI GAS, PTC, and Social Security.

Additionally, the admin officer will be responsible for rejection/wastage management, company asset management, handling guest issues, and managing labor welfare matters, including milk distribution, tea issuance, and workers' uniforms.
