Job Title: Pharmaceutical Operations Manager

Job Summary

This is a pivotal role in ensuring pharmaceutical products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective production planning and management strategies to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources (manpower, materials, equipment) for optimal production efficiency and maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain) to support product development and launch activities.
  • Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain detailed production reports, batch records, and other required documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their technical skills and productivity.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance is essential.
