Finance Transformation Specialist

This role involves spearheading the design and implementation of AI-powered automation systems for billing, compliance, tuition management, and tax documentation. You'll be responsible for crafting robust financial reporting mechanisms and developing innovative solutions to drive billion-dollar growth without expanding the finance team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead AI-driven finance transformation initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize processes
  • Develop and implement intelligent automation systems for NetSuite and Ramp integration
  • Design foolproof systems for managing multiple education ventures simultaneously
  • Engineer advanced financial reporting mechanisms to handle complex educational operations
  • Pioneer innovative solutions to drive hypergrowth in the finance department

Requirements:

  • Hold a prestigious financial qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Proven track record in finance/accounting at a $100M+ organization
  • Deep audit expertise: either 5+ years at a top 10 firm or survived 5+ audits as the auditee
  • Battle-tested experience with enterprise-grade ERP systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern AI tools in professional settings
  • Your time zone must fall between UTC-8 and UTC+3

Nice-to-have Requirements:

  • Inside knowledge of U.S. K-12 education landscape (private, charter, ESA programs)
  • Track record of creating AI-powered financial automation systems
  • Experience navigating complex multi-entity, cross-border financial operations

Benefits:

This is a full-time, long-term position that requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with our organization. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
