Job Overview:

As a Venue Onboarding Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new venues that join our platform. You will act as the first point of contact for venue owners, guiding them through the registration process and ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and entered into our system. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new venues by guiding venue owners through the registration process.
  • Collect, verify, and enter venue details such as venue types, capacities, facilities, pricing, and images into our system.
  • Coordinate with venue owners to gather additional documentation or information required for listing approval.
  • Ensure that all venue listings are accurate, up-to-date, and meet our platform's quality standards.
  • Provide support to venue owners on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns venue owners may have during the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to improve the onboarding process and enhance user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of the onboarding process.
  • Monitor and report on venue onboarding progress and provide updates to relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service, onboarding, or account management (preferably in a tech or events-related industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with venue owners.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the events and hospitality industry is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Candidates residing in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with complete understanding of event planning and venue onboarding will be given preference.
