About the Job:

We are seeking an ambitious Onboarding Liaison to enhance our onboarding experience for restaurant partners. This role will play a vital part in bridging critical communication gaps and ensuring seamless platform implementation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Product, and Software, to provide exceptional customer support and ensure a successful onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary liaison for new restaurant partners from contract signature through successful platform implementation.
  2. Conduct onboarding calls and tailored training sessions based on each restaurant's operational model.
  3. Configure account settings and assist customers in customizing the platform to match their workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking restaurant partners.
  • Equivalent work experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry may be considered in place of formal education.
  • 0-2 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, implementation, or support—preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
