Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Employee Development Coordinator to support the development and implementation of training programs across our organization.

In this role, you will work closely with HR and departmental leads to identify employee learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Implementation: Implement training programs and learning initiatives to meet the needs of employees.
  2. Needs Identification: Identify employee learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  3. Onboarding Support: Provide onboarding support to new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  4. Training Data Analysis: Analyze training participation and completion data using LMS tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  5. Content Development: Develop training content, manuals, and digital learning materials to support employee development.
  6. Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the impact of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Session Coordination: Coordinate the timely delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars to meet the needs of employees.
  8. Learning Trend Analysis: Analyze learning trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve employee development.
