
Territory Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the South region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets across all relevant channels. You will work closely with distributors and key retail partners to negotiate annual business development agreements and optimize the distributor network to ensure effective coverage and return on investment (ROI). Additionally, you will monitor and manage distributor performance through regular business reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and achievement of KPIs.
About the Job
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. They will have 4 to 6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, and prior experience in territory/area sales management, distributor handling, and team leadership is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of sales fundamentals, trade marketing, and distribution management, as well as knowledge of retail dynamics across General Trade, Wholesale, and Modern Trade. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales automation tools is also required.
