
Sales Territory Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will oversee indirect sales activities within your assigned territory through the franchise channel. Your primary objective will be to convert market opportunities into sales, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Your Key Responsibilities- Achieving monthly/annual targets through effective franchise management, focusing on:
- Gross Adds - First Call Activation (FCA)
- Revenue - Primary & Secondary Recharge
You will spend your time communicating with teams, monitoring progress, and reporting results effectively. Regular visits to markets will provide valuable insights and competitor information, helping you plan routes and set targets for Retail Sales Officers (RSOs). Additionally, you will:
- Monitor profitability and staffing at Franchise end
- Motivate and train staff
- Improve ongoing trends, such as minimum balance retailers and servicing at retail level
- Expand retail footprint to increase availability of products and services
- Monitor channel investments
- Ensure quality of sales
- Work on projects assigned by line manager to improve target achievement

We seek candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree with specialization in any field, preferably business-related
- Experience in sales and/or distribution roles with a sizeable distribution network
- Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and flexible
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Strong team management skills
- Strong analytical ability and business acumen
- Proactive and customer-centric mindset
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
