Job Role

Support the CEO in aligning meetings, take minutes of meetings, ensure everyone completes assigned tasks, and build good relationships with clients to increase sales.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, including:

  • Communication
  • Act as the first point of contact for the manager, answer phone calls and take messages.

Scheduling

  • Manage the manager's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and remind them of important tasks and deadlines.

Travel

  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.

Events

  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements.

Correspondence

  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters, and take dictation and minutes during meetings.

Reports

  • Create reports, presentations, and briefs.

Filing

  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for office documents.

Expenses

  • Collate and file business and travel expenses.

Liaison

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the manager and both internal and external clients.

Other Details

  • Experience: 4 years
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (10:00am - 7:00pm)
