Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Administrative and IT Professional to oversee office administration and ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintaining a professional environment through oversight of day-to-day office operations
    • Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory
    • Handling correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping
    • Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and facility management
    • Supporting HR in onboarding/offboarding employees (equipment handover, ID setup, etc.)
    • Assisting management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks
  • IT Responsibilities:
    • Installing, configuring, and maintaining office IT equipment
    • Providing technical support for employees regarding hardware/software/network issues
    • Monitoring and maintaining office internet and server performance
    • Ensuring IT security protocols are implemented and followed
    • Managing email, software licensing, and IT asset inventory
    • Liaising with external IT vendors and service providers

This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in administration and IT support (preferably in a corporate environment)
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and other business tools

The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving attitude, be able to work independently, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
