Job Summary

The Production Director oversees the production team to meet targets, enhance efficiency, and ensure high-quality products. This role drives profitability by implementing business strategies and managing resources effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet production targets and improve efficiency
  • Develop and oversee budgets, plans, and programs to optimize equipment, space, and human resource utilization
  • Critically review operating results and update management on quality and profitability issues
