Assistant Manager Account Management Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing relationships with key vendors, driving business growth, and optimizing performance.

  • Drive incremental orders and ensure retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with top GMV Class A & B vendors.
  • Collaborate with operations and owners to improve customer experience through training restaurant staff, sharing reports, and working with the marketing team to create promotions and events.
  • Identify and implement new value-added initiatives to enhance vendor experience and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1.5 years of direct account management experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent presentation and business review skills, and knowledge of food industry operations and costings.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to define requirements, deliver strategies, develop tactical plans, manage project risks, issues, blockers, and actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor logistics performance on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Reduce issue rates or fail rates.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as they arise.
