Drive business expansion and optimize performance as an Account Growth Manager with a leading food delivery company in Pakistan.

  • Lead incremental orders, retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with top vendors by implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance vendor experience and optimize business performance.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by collaborating with restaurant staff, operations, and owners to refine menu displays, share insights, and work with marketing teams to create promotions and events.
  • Identify and implement value-added initiatives, proactively finding solutions to drive targeted monthly growth and establishing partnerships with key accounts.
  • Ensure high-quality photography of top key accounts and handle deal acquisition for campaigns.
  • Monitor logistics performance daily/weekly and reduce issue rates or fail rates through proactive measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, develop strategies, manage risks, and coordinate support.
  • Facilitate communication, resolve urgent issues, and deploy processes and tools across teams.
  • Maintain visibility and report progress to the management team while performing additional tasks as needed.
Requirements for Success
  • At least 1.5 years of direct account management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and business review skills.
  • Knowledge of food industry operations and costings.
