Job Description
  • Assist in the development and integration of financial processes and controls.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Handle product accounting, fixed assets, inventory reporting, banking transactions, receivables and payables management, and taxation.
  • Assist with regulatory and audit compliance as necessary.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Supervise office support staff.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and utility services.
