Technical Solutions Architect\

At our distributed startup, teams work from anywhere. Our mission is to facilitate seamless interactions between apps and agents, enabling them to accomplish tasks efficiently.

The Role

We seek an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to serve as the technical liaison for our customers post-deal. You will design solutions, analyze business processes, and develop production-ready integrations that integrate with our customers' SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own post-sales technical onboarding: transform high-level use cases into detailed solution designs.

  • Map business processes → API calls, data models, event triggers, and AI-powered automation flows.

  • Prototype and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs.

  • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work.

  • Troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and write clear hand-off docs.

  • Feed product & engineering with customer feedback and reusable templates.

  • Train customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus).

  • 3+ years in technical architecture, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS.

  • Comfortable explaining complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray…).

  • Solid requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills.

  • Experience in writing your own agent.

  • Code fluency in a popular language (Python, JS, Ruby etc).

  • Bachelor's in CS/SE (or equivalent real-world chops).
