Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional High-Performance Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional system-level support, influencing stakeholders, and implementing change.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate closely with Development teams to promote and deploy applications in lower and production environments
  • Share best practices to improve the team while seeking feedback and learning opportunities
  • Owning issues with a sense of urgency, consistently making recommendations to enhance application performance and environment stability
  • Assist with communicating process changes, enhancements, and modifications
  • Automating repetitive tasks to increase reliability
  • Troubleshooting system latency to resolve application issues
  • Guiding resolution of technical issues, including identification of root cause and long-term solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills on IIS websites, windows services, scheduled tasks, internal applications, and other server-related issues to solve day-to-day issues and outages
  • Proficient knowledge of Enterprise level IT processes and procedures such as Ticketing, Change Control, and other ITIL processes
  • Strong technical background and ability to work with engineers, developers, and end-users
  • Must have strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 and SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016
  • Experience with MS SQL Server (queries, DTS, stored procedures, data structures, and analysis)
  • Participates in 24x7x365 enterprise operational support as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
